miwellbeing was established to provide a range of services and products to enhance both my own, and others’ health and well being. The prime value that underpins miwellbeing is one of taking personal responsibility for my own health, and being informed of the things that can affect – both in a positive and adverse way.

Sally has undertaken many personal development opportunities including encounters with energy healers and spiritual coaches and mentors.

She became a Spiritual Consultant with the Inner Peace Movement in 1993, Reiki Master (Seichim) in 1997, Bowen practitioner in 2002, and ISBT Bowen Therapy Teacher in 2004. She completed the basic and advanced Psych-K^TM courses under Rob Williams’ tuition.

Sally has experience and qualifications in human resource management; quality, service and innovation; occupational health and safety, and is currently studying metaphysics.
